Internal Communications teams can help their companies ensure business continuity by; a) Evaluating existing comms channels for impact, universality, administrator access and metrics, b) creating a communications strategy that aligns the channels according to priorities, c) develop tactics that ensure that priority messages are viewed by employees and not lost in the alternative – cacophony of competing channels and messages.
